Job Description
Exp: 5 years
Location: Noida/Gurgaon
Budget: 8 yrs
- Lead the design development and maintenance of robust automation frameworks using Python Pytest and Cucumber.
- Manage and execute end-to-end manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Act as an Xray expert ensuring seamless integration of Xray with JIRA for efficient test case management and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.
- Identify document and track defects using tools like JIRA ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and analyze test results providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Train and mentor QA team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Effectively communicate with US-based clients to convey test strategies results and quality improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Python and Pytest for automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Cucumber for BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
- In-depth knowledge of Xray JIRA integration including test case creation execution and reporting.
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for scalable testing.
- Defect management proficiency using JIRA or similar tools.
- Knowledge of integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab or similar).
- Expertise in Scrum ceremonies and execution.
