Clinical Shift Schedule: 8- 10- or 12-hour shifts (varies by location)
On-Call Shift Schedule:
Orangeburg & Midlands: Home call 30-minute response
Orangeburg: 1 weekday 1:7 weekend call
Midlands: 1 weekday call/week no weekend call
Call Type: Beeper (Home call)
Call Ratio: 1:7 weekend (Orangeburg); 1 weekday per week (all sites)
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Callback Rate: Low most call involves finishing the schedule in the evening

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: Competitive; Based on experience and shift structure
Overtime:
Daily OT after 8 hours (fixed)
Weekly OT after 168 hours (fixed)

USGRA (Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia)
SAB (Spinal Anesthesia Block)

OB Anesthesia (mandatory for Orangeburg)
Vascular Anesthesia (mandatory for Orangeburg)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility)
Board Certification: NBCRNA Certified
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS ACLS required
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred; OB/Vascular experience mandatory for some locations
Must be proficient in USGRA SAB LE blocks
No AAs in the program
Must be comfortable supervision and collaborating with other CRNAs and SRNAs
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
Perform regional and neuraxial blocks as required
Manage pre-op intra-op and post-op anesthesia care
Participate in home call as scheduled
Collaborate with CRNAs SRNAs and surgical teams
Be prepared to independently manage OB and trauma cases in Orangeburg
