Location: Brockton MA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 Week

Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week

Shift Type: Nights

Rate: Travel: $2750/36-hours Local: $2650/36-hours

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.

BLS ACLS NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification (or willingness to obtain).

Prior experience in labor and delivery obstetrics or women s health preferred.

Strong critical thinking communication and patient advocacy skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to mothers during labor delivery and recovery.

Monitor maternal and fetal vitals contractions and labor progress.

Assist with inductions pain management and emergencies.

Educate and support mothers and families.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Provide postpartum care newborn assessments and discharge education.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices.

Respond to obstetric emergencies.

Maintain a safe and sterile environment.
