Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from design to delivery.
- Supervise contractors engineers and teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Oversee facility maintenance office fit-outs and infrastructure development.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company procedures.
- Report project progress and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve construction operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 15 years in design architecture and construction.
- Certifications: PMP and other relevant construction certifications.
- Residency: Must be a local candidate (residing in Saudi Arabia).
- Communication: Strong confidence and communication skills.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in handling Saudi residential and office development projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in packaging or industrial construction environments.
- Familiarity with modern facility management and office interior projects.
