This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday 9a-6p EST to be able to answer calls- breaks whenever best for employee up to 40 hours per week
- Client Time zone: EST
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
- Respond to customer questions about carpet cleaning processes and services
- Schedule appointments using House Call Pro CRM system
- Filter and manage spam calls effectively
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction
- Handle social media inquiries and respond to online customer questions
- Manage social media posts and customer engagement on social platforms
- Perform daily administrative and operational tasks
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments and new customers
- Maintain organized customer records and appointment scheduling
Requirements
Strong English communication skills with clear speaking ability
Experience in customer service or receptionist roles
Familiarity with CRM systems (House Call Pro experience preferred)
Ability to handle inbound sales conversations effectively
Basic social media management capabilities
Professional phone manner and customer-facing experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
