Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (35 hours per week)
  • Monday-Friday 9a-6p EST to be able to answer calls- breaks whenever best for employee up to 40 hours per week
  • Client Time zone: EST


Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
  • Respond to customer questions about carpet cleaning processes and services
  • Schedule appointments using House Call Pro CRM system
  • Filter and manage spam calls effectively
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle social media inquiries and respond to online customer questions
  • Manage social media posts and customer engagement on social platforms
  • Perform daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments and new customers
  • Maintain organized customer records and appointment scheduling



Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with clear speaking ability

  • Experience in customer service or receptionist roles

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (House Call Pro experience preferred)

  • Ability to handle inbound sales conversations effectively

  • Basic social media management capabilities

  • Professional phone manner and customer-facing experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
