JOB TITLE: Facility Analyst (Intermediate )

REQUISITION #: HIFLE

CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance

LOCATION: Kauai HI(Pacific Missile Range Facility)

REPORTS TO: SABG Program Manager

FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time Exempt

SUMMARY: SABG is hiring an Intermediate Facilities Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Kauai HI. This position may require up to 20% of travel to various locations in the Pacific.

SALARY RANGE: $110000 - $125000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

  • Support the facility operations and maintenance oversight of MDA facilities at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Kauai Oahu Wake Island Kwajalein and others within the Pacific Region.
  • Ensure PMRF Base Operations and Support Services contractor is meeting their requirements to maintain facility readiness.
  • Support corporate and regulatory compliance for facility operations and sustainment to create an optimal safe and cost effective environment for the building occupants.
  • Experience working with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW); Air Force Civil Engineers (CE); or Naval Facilities Systems Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
  • Perform Project Management duties. Coordinate projects related to public works administration as assigned (will require frequent interaction with division level management).
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate and timely support.
  • Perform budget analysis support the Managers Internal Control Program Internal Review requirements.
  • Monitor work actions between procurement facilities logistics and space management.
  • Coordinate and execute the facility assessment program for life-cycle management.
  • Implement and maintain monthly metrics for both internal use and contractual reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in the analysis development and testing of the ARCHIBUS system write user manuals and standard operating procedures for applications.

SUPERVISION:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Capable of providing expertise to executing and reporting results of multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and sustainment and development of long and short range strategies. Develop and execute project plans and related schedules/budgets. Experience working with public works organizations and procedures. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree with 4 years relevant experience required or Associate Degree with 6 years relevant experience
  • Must possess strong writing and analytical skills to conduct technical reviews planning correspondence and trend analysis
  • Must be a self-starter detail oriented able to support multiple projects work well within a team interact with multiple levels of management and be able to manage customer and contractor relationships

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing spreadsheets and database (MS Office: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read analyze and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
