Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in Atlanta. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients qualifying leads and supporting the sales process to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers
Qualify inbound leads and set up appointments for account executives
Research and understand customer needs to tailor messaging
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls meetings and leads
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
