Job Description
We are seeking a Product Account Representative to manage client accounts support product strategy implementation and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and our partners. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and service execution.
Assist in the development and rollout of new product strategies.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Generate reports on account performance and present insights to management.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in account management or product coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
