Job Description:
The Service Account Assistant supports the Account Management team by ensuring client accounts run smoothly assisting with event preparation and maintaining clear organized communication between clients and our internal teams. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in client services and brand support within a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $45000 $50000 per yearannually based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and execution of client promotions and event activations
Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
Organize and maintain client files documents and materials
Track and report event participation feedback and service results to Account Managers
Coordinate inventory and delivery of promotional materials for client events
Assist with basic data entry for client activity tracking and reporting
Help ensure all client service standards are met at events and in office communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field preferred
Previous administrative customer service or office support experience is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
