Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative you will support client acquisition and retention by representing brands at promotional events conducting in-person outreach and ensuring customers have a positive experience with the brands we serve.
Salary Range: $42000 $48000 annually based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent client brands at events pop-ups and direct outreach opportunities across Los Angeles
Engage with potential customers to explain products/services clearly and professionally
Answer customer questions handle objections and provide product demonstrations when applicable
Assist in event and promotional setup to ensure effective brand presentation
Track and report customer interactions and sales activities daily
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Collaborate with the team to develop effective pitches and improve campaign strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree a plus
Previous customer service retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in-person in a variety of settings
Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn sales techniques
Must be authorized to work in the United States
