Captura Hall is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Miami FL. The Office Clerk will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of our office. Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing data entry and document preparation
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain organized and accurate records and files
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Maintain office supplies and order new stock when necessary
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in an office or clerical role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
