Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Project Coordinator II for the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. The position supports one or more project managers/principal investigators by assisting with coordinating assigned programs/projects within the Survey and Evaluation Research Unit of the BCSR . Primary project responsibilities are on research and evaluation surveys where this position is responsible for handling all phases of data collection. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Conducts onsite survey administration programs and tests online surveys phone follow-up on various statewide studies oversees project mailings respondent tracking and advanced database creation and management. Assists with the preparation of project reports memoranda and other work products. Works closely with the part-time staff on all data collection operations related to the projects. Trains and provides support to the part-time staff throughout the completion of all tasks. Performs professional work that meets high standards of quality. This position is grant-funded and contingent upon available funding.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates that are bi-lingual (English and Spanish) are preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail in prior social science research studies is preferred. Experience with online survey programming is highly preferred.
