The Taxpayers Protection Alliance Foundation (TPAF) is seeking a highly motivated part-time intern to join our policy team. Candidates should have an interest in economic and regulatory policy areas now being debated in Congress and within the executive branch as well as a strong commitment to free-market economics and limited government.
An ideal candidate will have strong writing skills. Previous experience in policy research is preferred but not required.
This role will be part time in person in Washington D.C.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the policy team in researching and drafting policy papers op-eds blogs press releases etc on a wide range of issue areas including tax reform tech policy healthcare antitrust regulation and more;
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments such as congressional votes and committee hearings;
Conduct background research for other team projects;
Attend various events in Washington D.C. to promote TPAFs interests.
$3300 - $3300 a year
