- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices break rooms and common areas.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet client expectations.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Background check and drug screening may be required.
