Build the Future with Us Forge & Build is Hiring a Store Associate: Sales

Forge & Build is hiring aStore Associate: Sales at our rental facility in Algona IA and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)
Primary Responsibilities
- Associate will assist in the receiving stocking cleaning merchandising and overall store cleanliness
- Maintain a friendly helpful attitude
- Assist customers in solving their problems
- Maintain a positive professional and safe environment at all times
- Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly including signage and bintags
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Provide outstanding customer service

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to successfully multitask in a fast paced environment working with multiple team members.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50lbs consistently as well as bend twist squat and reach throughout the work shift.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour work shifts.
- Excellent work ethic and attendance
- Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis
- Strive for continuous improvement
Physical Requirements:
- This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 paneldrug screen
