Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Job Coach for the GSAPP Center for Adult Autism Services. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Works within the instructional setting under the supervision of a behavior analyst to support the vocational and recreational goals of adults with autism. Provides direct care to adults with autism in a variety of settings and contexts (e.g. community vocational recreational center-based etc.). Implements ABA instructional and behavior reduction programming as is appropriate under the supervision of a BCBA . Collects and maintains data to support progress monitoring of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming. Maintains an efficient and organized instructional environment. This may involve the preparation of instructional materials the creation/maintenance of data storage systems (e.g. binders) and/or physically arranging the instructional space.
