We are seeking a driven relationship-focused Sales Engineer to join our Aluminum Division. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-motivated professional with strong business acumen technical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What Youll Do
As a Sales Engineer youll be the bridge between our technical solutions and our customers needs. You will:
- Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the aluminum industry.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and provide ongoing support and consultation.
- Identify quote and close opportunities to expand Pyroteks market share.
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or process related industry.Skills & Abilities:
- Proven success in B2B technical sales or industrial solution selling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with company profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Adept at CRM systems Microsoft Office ERP software and data tools like Power BI.
- Highly organized self-directed and results-oriented.
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid U.S. passport and maintain a clean driving record.
