Job Description
Join the E-Fixed Income Development Team a dynamic group responsible for building low-latency high-performance real-time electronic trading systems. Our mission includes developing bespoke pricing and trading platforms and distributing market data to external clients.
We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in TransFICC connectivity to accelerate our integration efforts and enhance the performance of our e-trading platform.
As part of the eFI team you will:
- Contribute to the adoption of TransFICC connectivity.
- Maintain and optimize our existing e-trading platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior traders.
- Influence the future architecture of our trading systems through innovative projects.
Qualifications :
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in electronic trading systems.
- Expertise in low-latency programming and multi-threaded/concurrent applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Design.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems TCP/UDP Ethernet and HTTP protocols.
- Familiarity with AWS and preferably Ansible.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance tuning and profiling of real-time high-volume systems.
- In-depth knowledge of FX or E-Fixed Income business and trading practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Strong understanding of eTrading concepts.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (TDD BDD CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Scrum practices.
