You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Health and Safety Advisor shall provide assistance and support to the H&S lead in advising on overall compliance in matters of H&S in accordance with MetroLinks policies and relevant statutory provisions. The role holder shall provide leadership in the delivery of health and safety delivery standards and the compliance requirements for all MetroLinks project activities.
The Health and Safety Advisor will act as a source of expert technical advice providing assurance ensuring compliance and carrying out due diligence on matters relating to H&S to ensure that the project is delivered safely. The role holder will form part of the H&S team within the Safety function and must lead by example and serve as a role model in ensuring the highest standards of H&S are adopted across the project.
Experience
5 years experience leading and embedding H&S practices and a proven track record of handling safety and environment activities in high value metro rail projects or projects of a similar scale / complexity.
