We provide full paid training including our award-winning induction programme and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role.
What Youll Do:
Youll support older adults in the Lincoln area with a wide range of daily activities always with kindness dignity and respect.
Typical duties include:
- Friendly companionship and conversation
- Personal care and daily routines
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Help with local errands or outings
- All visits are at least 1 hour long so youll have time to build relationships and provide quality care.
Qualifications :
Youll Need:
- A caring friendly and reliable nature
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car
- The right to work in the UK (were not able to provide sponsorship)
