Job Description
Were recruiting for an Agency Appointments Analyst to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.
As an Agency Appointments Analyst youll be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help shape the future of our intermediary onboarding and governance processes.
What youll be doing:
- Conducting onboarding checks for Appointed Representatives and Registered Advisers
- Reviewing intermediary data against credit sources and public records
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in agency systems and databases
- Escalating financial crime concerns to relevant internal teams
- Building technical knowledge to support risk and compliance activities
- Meeting service level agreements and business objectives
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Supporting Legal & Generals Customer Experience and Consumer Duty commitments
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Understanding of FCA principles and regulatory frameworks
- Awareness of financial crime controls GDPR and complaints procedures
- Experience with due diligence processes and third-party assessments
- Ability to analyse data and assess financial and operational risk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
- Familiarity with systems such as Lexis Nexis Dunn & Bradstreet and ID&V
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
