At Haskell we Create Things That Matterand that includes careers. Were looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead strategic marketing efforts for our federal DesignBuild and AEC pursuits. What Youll Do:
Lead proposal development (RFPs/RFQs) presentations and award submissions
Drive marketing campaigns social media strategy and brand messaging
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with sales goals
Manage and mentor junior team members
Oversee PR advertising and tradeshow events (some travel required)
What Youll need to Succeed:
8 years of marketing experience including 5 in the AEC industry specificallyfederal construction
Proven success managing federal design-build proposals
Strong writing project management and leadership skills
Familiarity with SAM PIEE DoD SAFE and federal procurement processes

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate (lift carry move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination and arm hand and finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit reach with hands and arms talk and hear.
