Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst to join our Retail Credit Risk Team within ING Risk Domain.

The responsibility of this team is to oversight the risk in the Spanish Retail Lending portfolio during the whole credit lifecycle and our way of working is 100% flexible in small subject-expert areas and with a continuous interaction with international teams.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Senior Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst you will:

Positively contribute to the risk management of the Spanish Mortgage Portfolio particularly through your reporting monitoring and communication capabilities.

Collaborate to identify and mitigate risks ensuring appropriate levels of capital and provisions and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Promote Mortgage Portfolio growth on a profitable and sustainable fashion.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Economics Business Statistics Maths or Econometrics.
• Proven experience on risk management for retail lending portfolios particularly mortgage lending.
• Excellent knowledge of statistics and/or mathematics as well as programming in SAS and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of macroeconomic trends banking and financial industry preferably on the Retail Lending side.
• Independent creative and pro-active mind-set. Focus on delivering pragmatic and feasible solutions.
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
• Eager to lead projects.

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Retail Credit Risk dentro del rea de Riesgos de ING comoAnalista de Portfolio de Riesgo de Credito.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es supervisar el riesgo de la cartera de prstamos Retail en Espaa durante todo el ciclo de vida del crdito. Nuestra forma de trabajar es 100% flexible en pequeas reas de especializacin y con una interaccin continua con equipos internacionales.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

ComoSenior Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst tus funciones sern:

• Contribuir positivamente a la gestin del riesgo de la cartera hipotecaria en Espaa especialmente a travs de tus capacidades de reporting monitorizacin y comunicacin.
• Colaborar en la identificacin y mitigacin de riesgos asegurando niveles adecuados de capital y provisiones y el cumplimiento total de los requisitos regulatorios.
• Impulsar el crecimiento de la cartera hipotecaria de forma rentable y sostenible.

Qu estamos buscando

• Grado universitario o equivalente en Economa ADE Estadstica Matemticas o Econometra.
• Experiencia demostrada en gestin de riesgos para carteras de prstamos Retail especialmente prstamos hipotecarios.
• Excelente conocimiento de estadstica y/o matemticas as como de programacin en SAS y SQL.
• Fuertes habilidades analticas y de resolucin de problemas. Conocimiento de tendencias macroeconmicas del sector bancario y financiero preferiblemente en el mbito de Retail Lending.
• Mentalidad independiente creativa y proactiva. Enfoque en ofrecer soluciones pragmticas y viables.
• Dominio del ingls y del espaol.
• Motivacin para liderar proyectos.
