At Suncorp our Terri Scheer brand is synonymous with excellence in this field. Were on the lookout for a Major Loss Claims Manager to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team in Adelaide on a 8-month secondment.
What youll do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value claims across various stages.
- Deliver empathetic clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the claims journey.
- Liaise proactively with stakeholders (assessors repairers suppliers) to ensure smooth claim progression.
- Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to reduce customer escalations.
- Identify and support customers experiencing vulnerability.
- Ensure claims stay on track and are aligned to positive outcomes through timely interventions.
What youll bring
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Terri Scheer Claims Manager (essential).
- Strong empathy with a customer-first approach in challenging situations.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
- Proficient in computer systems with a focus on accuracy and professional email communication.
- Strong time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
