Junior Output Solutions Data Analyst

What does a successful Junior Output Solutions Data Analyst do
A successful Junior Output Solutions Data Analyst at Fiserv will leverage data to drive actionable insights and enhance our output solutions. In collaboration with cross-functional teams you will aid in the optimization of processes ensuring we meet our clients needs efficiently. Your expertise will support data-driven decisions impacting both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. As part of Fiserv you will contribute to transforming financial services technology for the benefit of our clients.


What you will do:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns providing meaningful insights to support business decisions starting with billing and financial data.
  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Utilize statistical analysis techniques to solve business problems and optimize output processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regular data validation and auditing.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Support the implementation of data solutions and initiatives to drive business growth.


What you will need to have:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience with business analysis data analysis and/or machine learning.
  • 2 years of experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • 2 years of experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Science or related field and/or equivalent military or work experience.


What would be great to have:

  • Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g. Certified Data Analyst Power BI Certification).
  • 2 years experience using generative AI or machine learning models.
  • 3 years of experience in R and/or Python.
  • 3 years of experience in statistical analysis using packages such as SAS.
  • 3 years of programming experience with frameworks including XML JavaScript and ETL.

Important information about this role:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This is a full-time direct-hire position and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
