PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future sponsorship.

Location: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time with the exception of required in-person training sessions providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity supports work-life integration and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

CareBridge is a provider of technology and services that assist payers and states in caring for patients receiving long-term support services. CareBridges services include electronic visit verification (EVV) data aggregation 24/7-member support and benefit management. CareBridge is led by a team of healthcare service and technology veterans and is headquartered in East Nashville.

The Analytics Reporting Analyst Senior will be responsible for analyzing reporting and developing recommendations on data related to operational performance. The position will work to address specific business issues determined by consultation with business partners.

How you will make an impact:

  • Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.

  • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.

  • Develops and analyzes business performance reports and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.

  • Creates and publishes periodic reports makes necessary recommendations and develops ad hoc reports as needed.

  • Publishes results and address constraints/limitations with high level business partners.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires MS MA or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as statistics computer science cognitive science economics or operations research a minimum of 3 years direct experience programming large multi-source datasets with SAS required and a minimum of 3 years in health care setting; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Tableau experience preferred.

  • SQL experience preferred.

  • Python experience preferred.

  • Significant experience in healthcare related field strongly preferred

  • The ability to present meaningful results to a business audience to participate collaboratively in a team tasked to produce complex analyses on a rigorous schedule to communicate with strong written and verbal communications skills and to present to large multi-disciplinary audiences on a regular basis strongly preferred.
