We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Senior Logistics Technician to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role you will be critical to ensuring efficient material flow and inventory accuracy while supporting daily operations across receiving stocking shipping and reporting. You will demonstrate strong organizational skills a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
What You Will Do
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Stock incoming materials to designated shelves bins or warehouse locations and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accurate location data.
Perform kitting activities by identifying material verifying part numbers and packaging the correct quantities per requirements.
Generate and distribute daily logistics and inventory reports to support operational decision-making.
Conduct and verify cycle counts; record inventory data in the system to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation in alignment with corporate audit standards and support both internal and external audit processes.
Coordinate and monitor daily workflow and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet service level commitments.
Communicate effectively with internal customers management and teammates to identify urgent needs and provide status updates.
Support periodic audits including internal external and customer-led by providing necessary records and inventory traceability.
Manage departmental supply inventory and ensure materials are available for ongoing operations.
Provide additional support in the areas of receiving mailroom courier services and shipping during peak periods.
Maintain active certifications for safe operation of powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Complete all corporate and departmental training requirements in a timely manner.
Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns and collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Prior experience in logistics warehousing or supply chain within an aerospace defense or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting cross-functional warehouse operations (receiving shipping mailroom courier).
Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed to support operational needs.
Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to operate company vehicles.
Certification (or ability to be certified) in operating powered industrial equipment.
Ability to lift up to 28 lbs safely and repeatedly.

The salary range for this role is 40000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
