The Position

We are actively seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of driven Retail Sales Consultants. In this role youll be responsible for driving positive outcomes and sustained sales growth of your location by building a culture of accountability coaching and customer excellence. Youll have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and business acumen to achieve success while making a lasting impact on your team and store. • Implement effective sales strategies with exceptional execution and follow-up
• Train coach and mentor team members to achieve their personal and professional goals
• Build a high-performing customer-first culture focused on loyalty and results
• Drive team performance by setting clear expectations and holding associates accountable
• Build relationships in the community and represent NGWs innovative products and services
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency

• $50000$65000 annually including a base salary (based on experience) and uncapped commissions

• 2 years of retail sales leadership experience preferably in wireless technology or a fast-paced customer service environment
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding team sales goals and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to train coach and hold team members accountable
• Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and some holidays
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
