Job Description:
- Working within a data team to modernize FCCs legacy ETL jobs utilizing AWS technologies and DataVault 2.0
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex business processes into clear testable data requirements
- Partner with ETL and BI developers to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Support backlog grooming and prioritization in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Contribute to data quality governance and observability efforts.
- Facilitate demos and feedback loops with stakeholders.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Support investigation analysis and response to incidents.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
- Relevant Experience- 5 yrs Overall- 7 years
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in finance Marketing or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in Agile teams ideally in a data or analytics context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to data tools such as SQL Python R Power BI or AWS Glue/Redshift is an asset.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
- Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
- Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
- Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
