Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator
Developsand maintains company-branding campaign organization-wide creates a resourcecatalog and style guide accessible to all employees including presentationflyer logo and other advertising materials.
Managesgiveaway product stock with the use of an automated tracking software.
Workswith sales representatives in encouraging/facilitating successful relationshipswith customer partners by providing product content and publications that alignwith company initiatives.
Gathersmaterials necessary to understand the project and competition in areas such asliterature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze materials to determine mosteffect communication technique
Basedon assessments the marketing coordinator drafts and proposes communicationcampaigns which may include social and online media print media direct mailand other multimedia.
Createsand coordinates multimedia projects including design and production.
Provideswritten content and digital design of advertising promotional and educationalmaterial for internal and external audiences.
UtilizesS.E.O. methods to evaluate the success of campaign and to improve traffic ofmultimedia productions.
Identifiesand defines objective of assigned market research projects; determines the bestmethods to use to meet the objectives.
Compilesdata related to competitors products such as pricing sales marketingdistribution etc.
Forecastsand tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
Maintainscommunication with partner marketing groups to gain broad perspective of marketand adapt innovative initiatives.
Deliversreports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.
Developsand maintains asset tracking policy for sales demonstration equipment.
Schedulescoordinators and manages all aspects of sales and trade shows.
Performsother related duties as assigned
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Journalism Advertising Communicationsor related field
One to three years of related experience in writing and editingprojections; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with theability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language.
Attention to details organizational aptitude and superiorresearch/analytical skills necessary.
