Job Description

Position Overview:
At Stowers Machinery Corporation youre more than a salespersonyoure a trusted partner to our customers and a valued contributor to a legacy brand. Were seeking a motivated energetic and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Representative. In this role youll be responsible for selling new and used Caterpillar compact construction equipment and allied products within an assigned territory with the full backing of one of the most respected dealers in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage a portfolio and active pipeline of current and prospective customers

      • Achieve sales goals for territory growth market share and new customer acquisition

      • Actively prospect and cold call to develop new business

      • Maintain strong product knowledge across Caterpillar and allied equipment offerings

      • Provide solutions tailored to customer needs including finance service and technology options

      • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and follow-through

      • Track activity and opportunities using Salesforce CRM

Requirements:

      • Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in equipment or B2B environments

      • High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus

      • Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills

      • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team

      • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
