We are currently seeking a Specialist Program Finance & Control Analyst to join the C4I&A team. This position is an individual contributor role where you will interact with all functions of the C4I&A organization including Program Management Engineering Finance Contracts and Operations and is therefore an excellent position for an individual who wants to be integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution. Opportunities to interact with Collins Aerospace upper management as well as our external customers and local government agencies are an additional benefit.
This is a Hybrid position which can be at either our Cedar Rapids IA - McKinney TX or Marlborough MA locations. Expected work on site is approximately 3 days/week.
What You Will Do
- Provide weekly monthly and quarterly variance and data analysis.
- Support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
- Provide financial guidance to functional leads and other finance branches.
- Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation communication and professional skills.
- Support the monthly forecast / close process.
- Travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (prefer experience working with large amounts of data)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
