Job Title: Shipping & Warehouse Associate
Location: Macungie PA
Reports To: Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Macungie PA. In this role youll handle packaging and shipping ordersboth small packages and larger freightwhile supporting warehouse and receiving tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products for domestic and international shipments
Follow proper shipping and packaging procedures to prevent damage
Load and unload trucks and move materials to/from production
Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
Keep the warehouse clean safe and organized
Follow safety and company policies at all times
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
2 years of warehouse or shipping experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Forklift experience (preferred)
