Wazee Crane a division of Timken Motor & Crane Services LLC is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter located in Broomfield CO. The role of Industrial Painter is to paint newly manufactured overhead bridge cranes or any fabricated equipment. The Crane Painter works primarily indoors in an environmentally controlled and heated area of our manufacturing facility during normal working hours. This position reports into the Manufacturing Supervisor. Duties Include: Use standard spray equipment (Conventional pot sprayer air assisted airless and airless paint sprayer) to apply coatings primer and topcoats to industrial equipment. Our standard paint system is water based equipment fans and shields Prepare equipment surface clean and mask prior to application of coatings. Cleaning is limited to water based and biodegradable and maintain spray equipment and the paint work areaApply various markings to equipment including decalsManage paint waste by disposing into correct waste containersQualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo (2) years of industrial painting experience requiredAble and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed Key Attributes: Able and willing to follow directionsWork accurately and efficientlyConsistently meet short deadlines and long lead timesWork with minimal supervisionMaintain a positive attitudeWork independently and contribute collaboratively to a team effortAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve The hourly compensation for this role is $20-30 per hour plus a $250 annual tool reimbursement and is commensurate on experience and education and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the companys short-term incentive program paid time off plan that includes 10 additional company paid holidays 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) with company match after one (1) month of employment plus quarterly Core Defined Contributions and comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision.
