Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock large-format retail stores
- Build product displays and ensure clean organized presentation
- Conduct store surveys to identify product needs
- Rotate stock and ensure accurate ordering
- Maintain strong relationships with store staff
- Communicate store performance and customer feedback to the sales team
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of merchandising or retail experience
- Valid Michigan drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable professional and self-motivated
- Ability to lift 1040 lbs and work in various conditions
- Willing to work weekends and some holidays
- Must reside in the Lansing to Brighton MI area
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $40000$46000/year
