Job Description
What Will You Do
Coordinate portfolio execution and multi-year roadmap development ensuring alignment between strategy funding and delivery capacity
Provide data-driven insights and analytics-based reporting to support senior management decision-making
Support and maintain all BAU Portfolio and Financial tracking including demand intake capacity planning budgeting forecastingfunding allocations and professional services
Support end-to-end delivery performance from monitoring to quality control to reporting for all key initiatives aligning to Digital Cheque Processing strategic goals and priorities
Deliver insights on portfolio delivery supplier and financial performance and enable informed decision making by analyzing relevant data and key metrics to evaluate project and portfolio success
Automate manual processes and reporting where it makes sense maintains Tableau ODIN database for various ad-hoc analysis determining potential areas of cost savings and operational efficiency
What do you need to succeed Must-have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience in portfolio management delivery oversight and data analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and teams
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques with the ability to create interactive and dynamic reports
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
Experience automating reports
