Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating assigned staff to nursing units and facilities. Maintains database for assigned area regarding agency external or internal as well as Texas Float Pool. Serves as a resource for the staff and leadership for the scheduling and payroll systems.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Preferred Experience:
2 years in clerical staffing or patient placement. Experience with inpatient staffing is strongly preferred.
Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Effective Communication
- Knowledge of the principles and skills of the nursing process to provide patient care and treatment.
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Basic Computer skills
