Job Description
- Flexible schedule (approx. 2030 hours/week)

- Execute lead generation follow-up and marketing strategies to drive new member acquisition
- Respond to incoming inquiries book trial classes and conduct in-studio tours
- Represent F45 at community events local partnerships and social media campaigns
- Track leads conversions and retention using CRM and studio management tools
- Support ongoing promotional efforts and referral programs
- Coach high-energy team-based F45 classes
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming studio environment
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and community
- Track attendance and support member engagement through check-ins and outreach
- Assist with social media content and event planning to grow local brand presence
- Previous experience in fitness sales marketing or coaching preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy and passion for helping people improve their health
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a nationally accredited Personal Trainer Certification within 90 days of employment (reimbursement offered after 1 year of employment)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with F45 or boutique fitness environments a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems (MindBody Loyalsnap or similar) and social media platforms
- Youre a self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- You love fitness and helping people achieve their goals
- You enjoy talking to new people and can confidently close a sale
- Youre organized consistent and willing to go the extra mile
- You want to grow into a bigger leadership role in the fitness industry
