What Youll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day operations across battery intake diagnostics repair remanufacture and shipping.
- Ensure every battery meets the highest safety and quality standards.
- Manage resources inventory and tooling to keep production running smoothly.
- Mentor and grow a team of 315 battery technicians fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with H&S engineering and customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
- Track KPIs report on productivity and communicate progress with stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 5 years of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in the automotive sector.
- SAP-level qualification for electrical systems.
- Strongknowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and EV architecture.
- Proven leadership in production environments with a focus on safety quality operational improvements and team development.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
