Job Description
Amazon Customs and Trade (ACT) is looking for a Product Leader to solve complex financial technology challenges by driving innovative solutions that streamline customs processes. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best in class products that simplify international trade financial operations creating meaningful impact for businesses worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive product strategies for financial technology solutions in the customs domain
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans
- Create detailed product requirements documents and prioritize feature development
- Manage product lifecycle from conceptualization through launch and iterative improvements
A day in the life
Your day will be dynamic and collaborative focusing on solving intricate financial technology problems. Youll engage with stakeholders analyze market trends and craft strategic product roadmaps that address critical customs financial challenges. Expect to balance deep analytical work with creative problem-solving and team collaboration.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
