A Day in the Life:
- Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins totes according to predetermined sequence such as size type style color or product code.
- Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: No previous work experience required
- Preferred: Experience in distribution warehouse or supply chain or related field
- Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer Knowledge
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking stooping bending and reaching) required.
- Ability to lift carry and push up to 40 lbs
