Your Impact

As a Licensing Product Manager Commercial Out-Licensing you will play a key role in expanding our revenue streams through licensing partnerships. Youll collaborate across teams and with external partners to bring valuable technologies and innovations to market.

Location:

This is an onsite role in Hunts Valley MD or Grand Island NY. No relocation assisntace will be provided.

What Youll Do

  • Lead business development efforts to grow product and licensing revenues through strategic out-licensing.

  • Identify and evaluate new licensing opportunities that align with our commercial and scientific goals.

  • Negotiate and close licensing agreements with external partners to support long-term growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in biopharma biotech and academic sectors.

  • Partner closely with legal finance R&D and commercial teams to drive licensing execution.

  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends competitive insights and areas of opportunity.

  • Keep track of licensing performance metrics and contribute to planning efforts.

  • Represent the company at conferences customer meetings and industry events.

What You Bring

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences or an equivalent field.

  • A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in business development licensing or partnerships within biotech pharma or university tech transfer.

  • Proven ability to close complex licensing deals and partnerships.

  • Familiarity with biotherapeutic and advanced therapy commercialization pathways.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic approach with strong financial and market analysis abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $114000.00$151000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
