Position Overview
We are hiring a Full-time Back of House (BOH) Team Leader to join our kitchen team. The BOH Team Leader is responsible for assisting shift leadership by guiding team members supporting station-level execution and promoting food safety and quality in the kitchen. Team Leaders model professionalism encourage great work habits and help ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role supports the BOH Supervisor and leadership team by taking responsibility for assigned kitchen zones encouraging team member success and assisting with task execution during peak periods.
