Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Licensing Specialist positionin the Beaumontarea.

Job Description:

The Licensing Specialist maintains records compiles information and submits the necessary forms in order to keep Harbor Healthcare System sites licensed. Must demonstrate a complete understanding of contracts and processes associated with a wide range of assignments for document development.

Qualifications:

Proactively analyze information
1 years experience required
Able to draft letters and documents; maintain electronic and paper filing; ensure accurate records
Experience working in a legal department preferred
Must be able to research review and verify reports and legal documents
Must be organized detail orientatedand efficient
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background and drug screen
