Job Description
Select Laboratory Partners Greensboro NC is immediately hiring a medical claims data entry position. Position is full time Monday - Friday. Work hours are flexible and will be discussed during interview. Position is not remote. Medical Dental and Vision benefits are available. Company paid life insurance policy. Enrollment in 401K is available thru ADP TotalSource. Seven company paid holidays.
Qualities and skills-
- Strong typing skills
- 10-Key experienced preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of general medical terminology
- Medical claims data entry with attention to detail accuracy in a timely manner
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Strong customer service
- Professional telephone skills and will be trained to resolve patient questions and concerns
- Time Management skills with ability to multitask several work projects at a time
- Maintain patient information and records effectively confidentially and in accordance with HIPPA policy
- Required to work independently and as a team member
- Contribute in team meetings and suggest workflow improvement
Education requirements - High school graduate or GED equivalent
