Providence Staffings client is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney is seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in St. Louis. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with the relevant legal frameworks.
- Offer expert interpretation of complex laws rulings and regulations to our valued clients.
- Vigorously represent clients in various stages of litigation ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard.
- Present at arbitration or mediation hearings adeptly navigating complex legal landscapes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather pertinent evidence to strengthen cases.
- Prepare and review legal documents ensuring accuracy effectiveness and adherence to legal standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants promoting an environment of collaboration learning and excellence.
- Foster innovative solutions encouraging the team to think creatively and strategically.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience handling plaintiffs personal injury cases
- Experience using a case management software highly preferred
- Accredited Law School
- Must be admitted to practice law in Missouri
- Team player
