Looking to make a meaningful impact in someones dayevery day As a Hospitality Services Attendant at Woodcrest of Country Manor youll help create a warm welcoming environment for our residents by offering a helping hand friendly conversation and support that goes beyond the basics. From tidying up to simply being there youll be an important part of what makes Woodcrest feel like home.
This is a part-time position (approx. 50 hrs/pp) with the potential to be full-time. Must be able and willing to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities: In this role youll contribute to the comfort and well-being of our residents through:
Performing general housekeeping to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Providing light maintenance support as needed
Offering companionship and supplemental assistance to residents
Referring medical or personal care concerns to the nursing team in a timely manner
Assisting with additional tasks as requested by management to support overall operations
Qualifications: Were seeking someone who brings heart to their work and a strong sense of responsibility to the team. The ideal candidate will:
Have experience with housekeeping and laundry duties (mechanical background is a plus!)
Have a warm friendly and welcoming demeanor
Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and conversation
Enjoy working with seniors and building positive relationships with residents families and team members
Be a good listener who can understand and address concerns with care
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized
Show initiative and anticipate the needs of residents and day-to-day operations
Respect residents privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Be reliable dependable and committed to showing up for others
