Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included.
Our client is currently seeking German speakers who arewilling to work from the office in Athens.
- Recruitment Process:Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
- No Experience Needed:Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
About the project:
Provide services for a tech manufacturer known for producing affordable yet high-quality consumer electronics. It specializes in smartphones smart home devices wearables and other innovative gadgets. With a strong focus on cutting-edge design and user-friendly software the company has gained a massive global following. Often compared to premium brands it offers competitive features at lower prices making it popular in many markets worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming calls chats messages and emails
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Fluent level of German language - (C2)
- Communicative level of English language - (B2)
- Be in Athens
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player
What you will gain:
- Salary: 1300 Euros Gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus of up to 10% of the base salary
