About native

native has been building for 10 years but were still very much a startup: fast-moving ambitious and building with intent. Were creating the infrastructure that connects students Students Unions universities and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers we offer meaningful measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp execution-first Paid Social Specialist to lead media buying across all fair campaigns. Youll be the tactical operator behind the Social Ad Product working across Meta TikTok Snap and beyond to build smart efficient audience strategies that convert. Youll likely come from an agency background or have agency experience and be looking for a focused client-side role that lets you do the work not just report on it.

What youll be working on

Youll own and execute paid campaigns that directly drive student registrations and attendance. That means granular targeting (by uni course persona etc.) clever spend allocation and constant optimisation. Youll build audiences place ads test creative manage budgets and iterate ruthlessly. Youll also be a key contributor to the ongoing development of our Social Ad Product working closely with the Event Marketing Manager and Ad Product Managers to align messaging and funnel design.

What were looking for

  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager; comfort with TikTok and Snapchat is a bonus
  • A performance mindset tracking CPLs and ROAS comes naturally
  • Experience buying media for consumer-facing brands or lead-gen clients
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and interest/behaviour targeting
  • Familiarity with A/B testing optimisation loops and performance reporting
  • The ability to work fast independently and with clean execution
  • Bonus: experience with Google Ads or YouTube for awareness work

  • Familiarity with other paid channels such as TikTok Snapchat or YouTube
  • Comfort building detailed audience segments based on behaviour interest and geo data
  • Experience running student-focused campaigns or event-based lead generation
  • A track record of managing budgets efficiently while scaling results
  • Strong working knowledge of A/B testing creative iteration and ad performance analysis
  • Optional but valuable: experience working in or with CRM email platforms or funnel automation tools
