Were looking for a passionate leader to drive wellbeing and psychosocial safety across the organisation. This pivotal role will lead the development and implementation of our psychosocial safety strategy strengthen key HR and safety processes and foster a workplace culture that supports mental health resilience and employee wellbeing.
This role sits within the People & Culture team and works closely with the Safety team and broader business to integrate psychosocial safety into day-to-day operations.
